This Saturday Rangers will make the long trip north to kick off life in the Irn Bru SFL Division 3 against Peterhead. Brisbane RSC are planning to show this game LIVE in the Pig N Whistle, Riverside, with kick off at 9.45pm. As yet we are still awaiting confirmation as to whether RangersTV will be able to broadcast this live but are hopeful that they will have all agreements in place to show this game and allow us to use RangersTV to show all our games. We know that the game is being shown live in the UK so worst case is to pick up another live stream and show this.

Give what has happened to the club, we all love, over the close season, it would be good to see many of you come along particularly as its and early kick off and show your support for Rangers first EVER game in a lower league. Rangers need your support now more than every as we work our way back up through Scottish Football to our rightful place at the top. So like Rangers starting in a new league it would be good to see members new and old coming along with a freshness for supporting The Gers.

We will also be taking membership sign ups for BrisbaneRSC 2012/13 at this game. Hope to see lots of you coming along early to catch up with friends and show why We Are The People.

The annual BRSC Golf Day will take place on Sunday 9th September at Oxley Golf Club, Oxley at 8am.

As usual the format will be a 4 ball Ambrose, which for those non golfers out there is when all players tee off, the best shot is selected and all players hit again from that same spot. The best second shot is selected, and all players hit from that same spot, and so on until the ball is holed."

This is always a great day of golf no matter what level of golfer you are and as usual there will be prizes throughout the day for longest drive nearest the pin etc. The cost per person for this years event is $60 (cheaper than last year) for which you get:18 Holes of Golf, Motorised Cart, and lunch and a beer

This event is open to all blue noses in the Brisbane area whether you are a member of Brisbane RSC or not. So anyone who fancies it let us know and don't forget invite your mates along, this is always a great social day out. Brisbane RSC, as a club, will endeavour to show every live game broadcast this year at our home venue of Pig N Whistle, Riverside. We plan to show all our games via Rangers TV, in the Churchill Room. This gives us our own private room separate from the other events that can be going on in other parts of the PNW and allows us to enjoy and hear the commentary on Rangers TV.

We hope that this shift to our own room will bring more of you into the club to watch games with fellow supporters. If anyone doesn't know where the Churchill Room is in PNW, Riverside ask bar staff who are happy to help (its the boardroom at the back of the beer garden)

Notice of all game will be advertised on our Facebook page ( please join our page to get up to date information regarding live games and the club.

Now that Rangers have been granted their licence to play in this years Irn Bru SFL 3rd Division we though what better time than to release details of our membership for the coming season. This years membership prices remains the same as last year at $40. For your $40 you get your yearly membership to ORSA which brings the benifits of applying to purchase match tickets for any member heading to Scotland (which for BrisbaneRSC still remains at a 100% success rate), you will also still be able to purchase local beers at the Pig N whistle, Riverside for $5.50 *during any RSC event*, you will have discounted prices on all RSC merchandise as well as a discount on all our events throughout the year, including our end of season event. We are taking membership applications now until end of August, so don't delay and get yourself signed up.

Also this year BrisbaneRSC has decided to ask all our members to donate another $10 to make total membership price of $50. This extra $10 is going to go towards the price of buying a Season Ticket at Ibrox to help the club we love out when they need it most. This is a voluntary $10 but so far everyone has paid the $50. For those that do pay the extra $10 then they will be given the chance to have a family member back home use the ticket if no one from Brisbane is travelling over.

Joining Brisbane RSC is also so much easier this year as we're allowing memberships to be taken by email and bank deposits. We acknowledge that some of you have asked for this as it is harder for you to get to games and events that some others. If you wish to apply via email and bank transfer then please fill in the membership form below and email it  to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will get back to you with details of how to transfer membership fee to the club.
